Very nice app! The customer service is a 11/10. They always respond within minutes and try their very best to make things work.

The standard functionalities are very well rounded. We requested some extra functionalities, which were implemented within 24 hours. Amazing!

The support is professional, friendly and really interested in finding a solution. The UI for the support is also very practical and it's easy to share video and images to explain the issue at hand in order to obtain a fast resolution.

As for the app itself, the orders print out so much better than without it. They even have a barcode added to the invoice so your customer can easily see their detailed invoice online.

We've been using this app for a few days, and I have to say it's one of the best I've tried. It offers a very complete plan at an affordable price, perfectly suited to our needs. The automation features and the option for customers to download their invoices directly are a big plus. Additionally, the technical support is outstanding and very responsive.
