As a B2B seller on Shopify, Vify Order Printer has been great for our business. The default Shopify invoices and draft orders were dense and hard to read, but Vify's templates are really nice and crystal clear to read.
This def made a huge difference in our sales process - when customers can easily understand our quotes and invoices, they ask fewer questions and move through the purchase process faster.
The ability to quickly share professional PDFs for invoices, quotes, and draft orders, etc streamlined our operations. Was even able to integrate a button into our order notifications so customers can download their invoices immediately.
Special shoutout to Pete from their support team who has been incredibly helpful.
If you're using Shopify for anything this extension is absolutely worth the money. Made us a whole lot more efficient.
I just signed up for Vify and had a lottt of questions. I reached out to their customer service and both Peter and Liam have been SO helpful! They provided recommendations for my business and assisted me in setting automated emails up and jazzing up my invoice template.

Very responsive team, who quickly sort any technical issues out. They keep us informed of their progress while they look it to it too... Great service and great extra tool to use with shopify.

Been using this apps for half a year now. Such a great apps for simple task such as printing packing slip and invoices to our customers. Easy to use and easy to customize as well. Jack also has been a great help in assisting me.

I think it's very easy to use, you can download invoices, cancelations, delivery bills and everything in one. However,I can recommend it to anyone and the support is great .
The plans information is deceiving, I upgraded to the starter plan as it said 'unlimited orders' and yet I can only print 10 at a time, so it is not clear. When I reached out to support, the VERY rude support person, Pete said:
"We will not be at this place if we provide deceiving info to our clients so you can cut that part.As soon as shopify deliver us your precious recent payment, it will be refunded"

His comments were completely unacceptable and do not reflect the standards of customer service we strive for at VIFY. Secondly, I want to address your concerns regarding the "unlimited orders" claim on our Starter plan. I understand your frustration and confusion. While the Starter plan does allow for unlimited orders, it appears there's a misunderstanding regarding the printing limitations. The "10 prints at a time" refers to the maximum number of print jobs that can be queued simultaneously, not the total number of orders you can process. We recognize that this distinction isn't clearly explained, and we are actively working on revising our plan descriptions to eliminate any ambiguity and prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. We appreciate you pointing this out.
Regarding the refund, I can confirm that it has been processed promptly on our end. If you haven't received confirmation of the refund within 14 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us again, and I will personally help you check it.
