Great customer service! Very responsive! Gives lots of customization options even on the free plan!

I recently used the app Generate Invoices and was very impressed with the customer service I received. The team was incredibly helpful in answering all of my questions and helping me set up my account quickly and easily. The app itself is user friendly and makes it easy to generate professional invoices. I'm very happy with the product and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great invoicing solution.

We have been using this app since January. The invoices are attractive, easy to read and the large colour images make it easy for customers to check there order.
Today I found that I could add a button to the confirmation email that allows customers to download a PDF invoice. We had been getting so many complaints from customers wanting a PDF invoice and now they can download it themselves from the Shopify confirmation email. Very simple, easy instructions to install. All the code is written for you.
Grace in customer support is very helpful.

Great app. Really gets the job done for us. Lots of options and templates to choose from. Had an issue customizing specific details of our invoice. Used their chat to get assistance. Tracy was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped guide me to get the best results for what we need. Very highly recommend this app to other merchants.
