Just Installed this app on my store. Super easy to use and they have a great customer support fix the issue in no time. 110/100
I just set up my invoices and packing slip in 5 minutes... this app is great. The only thing I would change is the order of the adress fields since the adress should not be separated by phonenumber etc.
But very nice and simple templates and very easy to configure to your needs.
