Order Printer: PDF Invoice App

This is such a great app and the customer service way above my expectations - I would give them 10 stars!

Would totally recommend this app with 5 stars if they would make their templates editable by the user. It's so easy and common to offer an editor where the users can make their own changes to the templates according to their needs.

After asking why it's not editable, i got a super weird answer: "Currently, we don't give Merchant CSS or htlm to customize the temple because it could affect the others users who're using the same template with you."

Which is complete nonsense, i'm sorry.

Please make the templates editable so everybody can do his own styling according to their needs and it's a nobrainer 5* for me. Until then it's a 3* for me as it's pure headache to contact you just to get a german law conform template which i could easily do myself in 15 minutes without contacting the support.

However, great support. Answers immediately!

Recently installed this app but so far I am well impressed. It creates invoices with my own logo and details exactly the way I need them, and there's even an option to automatically email invoices to customers. Unlike some other apps with free plans, they do not have their own watermark or logo hidden in there. Oh yes, the best part - it's FREE. Also queried something and got immediate, clear responses. The support team is excellent!

Very easy to set up and the automatic translation to Dutch works fine. Customization options are plenty and we have even added a custom field to the packing slip. The collaboration with their team was very clear and quick. Am very pleased with the quality of their service, customer service and product.

Tons of functionality + great support and ease of use. Its our go to app for invoice printing and honestly, why go anywhere else.

I was desperately looking for an app for invoices as I need it for tax. Since most apps don't support many features, I ended up with Order Printer. It really has all the features I need. Needed help which was solved in chat within 10 minutes. I am really thankful that it has made my life a lot easier.
