The plans information is deceiving, I upgraded to the starter plan as it said 'unlimited orders' and yet I can only print 10 at a time, so it is not clear. When I reached out to support, the VERY rude support person, Pete said:
"We will not be at this place if we provide deceiving info to our clients so you can cut that part.As soon as shopify deliver us your precious recent payment, it will be refunded"

Secondly, I want to address your concerns regarding the "unlimited orders" claim on our Starter plan. I understand your frustration and confusion. While the Starter plan does allow for unlimited orders, it appears there's a misunderstanding regarding the printing limitations. The "10 prints at a time" refers to the maximum number of print jobs that can be queued simultaneously, not the total number of orders you can process. We recognize that this distinction isn't clearly explained, and we are actively working on revising our plan descriptions to eliminate any ambiguity and prevent similar misunderstandings in the future. We appreciate you pointing this out.
Regarding the refund, I can confirm that it has been processed promptly on our end. If you haven't received confirmation of the refund within 14 business days, please don't hesitate to contact us again, and I will personally help you check it.

I loved this app because of the excellent support, especially Tracy service which helped me a lot
5 STAR Service from Jack! Promptly clarify our enquiries and help us with the template customization as well. The App is user friendly and easy to edit the template without coding needed.
Works great and is very customizable. We were able to add a bin location product metafield to the packing slip so our packers can find items in our warehouse easily. We requested a special field on the packing slip to and their support was fast and able to implement it for us.
Great app for invoicing. We use it in a B2B settings. By default some essential things where missing, however they have added the functionallity we needed. Some of the things they customized:
- changing our billing and banking information on an invocie, based on country of delivery
- adding VAT numbers to invoice
- Adding the fullfillment date as an invoice date (as shopify normally only works with order dates, but we need the fullfillment date as an invoice date)
- I really like the function of turning the shopping basket into a draft order, as we made from the draft order template a quotation form. So a draft order is actually a quotation (we didn't test the function yet but it should be possible and we will implement it upcoming weeks).
One thing that I am missing at the moment is a feature that is supported by some other apps and that is to be able to automatically send the invoice also to an email address that is stored as a tag or metafield. In B2B customers have often a special email address for invoices and currently we need to manually send this with the app. They are looking into it if they can make something.
Another small thing is that with other apps I could send from the standard order overview the command to send an invoice with an app, and then you return always by default into de standard shopify order overview, while in this app, you stay at their app. As most invoices are send automatically, this is not a big deal breaker, however I like the other implementations more.
If you need only invoicing, this is a good affordable app, but there are alternatives that work as good or even better, but they are also more expensive. If you also need the shopping cart to quotation function, then I think this is one of the best apps. The combination of invoicing and quotation is the reason that we went for this app, combined with the great support we received.
