initially downloaded the app - we were looking to filter and bulk print draft orders. In a few minutes, we set up the basics and were able to print our draft orders. We modified the template briefly and was straightforward.

Works really well, nice features like the placement of metafields on the documents and a very responsive support - we can recommend this app.
Only thing that would be nice / improvement idea: The ability to customize the documents and placement of fields (especially exact position) on your own.

The app works great for sending out invoices. We also use it for printing packing slip, since they look better than Shopifys stock packing slip.
The response from their support is super fast.

I just downloaded the app today. I understood most things for the set-up process but I still had a few questions for the somethings, that were still a bit confusing for me. I was able to get through their customer service app. Jack was very patient and helpful with the questions I had. I am satisfied with the APP so far.

There are still some fine tuning to be done. But as for now, it's working and the people at order printer are very helpful.
