Pete from support was helpful in setting up a needed Shipping Method field for the Packing Slips. It's kind of essential to be able to see what shipping methods are required when using a Packing Slip to process an order. Pete was careful to note what we were looking for and how his team could to implement the field.

I recently contacted chat support for help with an issue, and I was assisted by Jack. Not only did he promptly address my concern, but he also went above and beyond by offering some excellent suggestions that were completely unrelated to my initial inquiry. I have been struggling to find the "Perfect" invoice that looks just the way I want it to. I sell many items and I needed a format that is specific, to have multiple different line items on one page. This format was EXACTLY what I wanted.
I had a few personal requests, contacted their support system and Tracy helped me with my requests. She was prompt and helped me to all that she could (some points needed addressing in Shopify). So very , very helpful!.
