We have been using this app since January. The invoices are attractive, easy to read and the large colour images make it easy for customers to check there order.
Today I found that I could add a button to the confirmation email that allows customers to download a PDF invoice. We had been getting so many complaints from customers wanting a PDF invoice and now they can download it themselves from the Shopify confirmation email. Very simple, easy instructions to install. All the code is written for you.

Great app. Really gets the job done for us. Lots of options and templates to choose from. Had an issue customizing specific details of our invoice. Used their chat to get assistance. Tracy was very helpful. She answered all of my questions and helped guide me to get the best results for what we need. Very highly recommend this app to other merchants. Easy PDF Invoice is a very good app, I was able to easily customize to what I needed. I tried a few other free app until I decided to use Easy PDF Invoice.
