I WANT TO DELETE THIS EMBEDDED VIDEO. It's ON THE MIDDLE OF MY PAGE AND THERE IS NO GUIDE TO DELETE THE VIDEO. PLEASE HELP ASAP TO DELETE THE VIDEO.
Thank you for reaching out. You can remove a video from your product page the same way you remove an image:
On the admin of your store, go to the Products tab.
Select the product you created the video for and scroll down to see the media and images section.
Look for the video thumbnail with the Play button (it should be the last image).
Click on the 3 dot icon and click Delete to confirm.

tried this app - it's okay if you haven't tried making your own vids ... thought I could save a bit of time running an automated process - didn't like the results. I'll just stick to making my own.

FREE to install and make a video with a watermark then an annual fee of 100s to actually use or get the video created. Adobe Premire is cheaper

Please make sure you choose one of our free Templates or Styles (without the PRO sticker) & do not exceed a 30-second final video. Videos made with our free version have our watermark on them as well. Give it another try & let us know how you like your video.

This was chaos. I rather go be to using promo.com they have the same thing, i do not know who copied from who, but promo app is far better than this. Sorry..i have to delete it.

I tried to use this app to turn my existing product photos into a video on my website using the shopify platform. It would not let me imbed the final video the website or save without paying a monthly $20 fee. it says free but its not. I even kept the video less than 30 seconds as stated and used a free templete. In this case it was the NO FILTER template.

not even integrated, takes you to vimeo website. Not as easy as the app page makes it sound. you still need to manually select images. it doesnt just create videos without imput. Also not free to actually USE the videos.
I tried this app and I wanted to like it. I've been using promo.com app and this one fell short in comparison. The text styles look really outdated and once you start editing a video, the text editor is tedious and you cannot easily change the style.
I couldn't even have the video displayed on my store, which is good as I was just testing the functionality.
It's free though, I'll give them that, but the current rating of 4.8 tells me that most of the reviews might be misleading.

First I downloaded the app, it auto connected to an unrelated client vimeo account without asking me. I then had to disconnect, create an account for my business. Then I see templates, some with a “Pro” badge. So I click one with no pro badge. Then it tells me I need to download the vimeo app. Download the app and it’s sideways, no tablet version. Then it asks me what kind of videos I want to make, and eventually asks me for money to do anything. Total waste of my time.

asking for £40 per month to add a logo to the video. What a useless app. Also how hard is to allow using your product images directly from your shopify products
