Useful App, But the Customer Support is Awful
While the Vimonial Shoppable Video & UGC app is somewhat helpful, the customer support is shockingly bad. I waited for hours for a response, and even though Leon was marked as online, he completely ignored my questions. It’s beyond frustrating to be left hanging with no assistance when issues arise. The lack of care and responsiveness from their support team makes the app feel unreliable. Don’t waste your time if you expect even basic customer service—this experience has been a huge letdown.

We received your message early in the morning (4 am our time) on a weekend, and we responded within 5 hours, once business hours resumed.
