I recently had the unfortunate experience of working with Viral Loops, and I must say it has been nothing short of a nightmare. From the beginning, scheduling a meeting with them proved to be a daunting task due to significant time zone differences. However, the real issues began once we finally connected.

During the sales pitch, we were enticed by the promises of a seamless referral program, but the reality has been far from what was presented. The functionality we were expecting was only available in their higher-tier plan, a fact that wasn't made clear until after we had committed. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch tactic, leaving us feeling hoodwinked and misled.

To add insult to injury, we were assured a credit due to the prolonged delay in the referral program setup. This credit was meant to compensate for the inconvenience, but instead, we found ourselves charged for a service that did not meet our expectations. The promise of a one-month credit was broken, and we are left grappling with unexpected charges.

Attempting to resolve these issues has been a frustrating endeavor. Despite repeated requests for a refund, we have yet to see any meaningful action from Viral Loops. The lack of transparency and failure to deliver on their promises have severely damaged our trust in the company.

In conclusion, my experience with Viral Loops has been nothing short of disappointing. The misrepresentation of services, unmet promises, and the subsequent billing issues have created a highly frustrating situation. I would strongly advise caution to anyone considering their services, as the reality may not align with the enticing sales pitch.

I ran my first campaign with Viral Loops and gathered 4,000 Messenger subscribers, 1,050 Instagram followers and a few thousand in sales! I used their Messenger giveaway campaign template.

I'm also launching an Ambassador program in the next few weeks with them. Loved their support and marketing advice on how to make my campaign successful.

The only thing I missed was integration with Klaviyo, but they told me that it's on the way for the next month or so.

Viral Loops helped us gathered 35,000 leads in 20 days with a Messenger Referral Template. Their integration with Manychat is a game-changer.

What they can improve: We'd like to see more campaign templates and automated reward options for free products.

Also, their customer success manager was on top of our campaign and helped us made several optimizations.

The majority of the 10+ months I've been paying for the subscription I was trying to set it up. It took 162 emails back and forth to get this set up on my page, even with a web developer. It was the messiest installation I've ever seen with clueless customer service. They constantly send you links to articles they've written (to help their SEO, not their customer) even when you've read these articles and they do not answer your questions. They were also incredibly rude and continued to tell me that any help was outside of the scope of my payment plan, but I could upgrade to get better customer support.

After my campaign was finally up and running, their fraud detection flagged every single referral, even when it was painfully obvious there was zero risk. I had to manually go through each one and determine the risk myself.

Then they did an "upgrade" and all of my customization that I spent months on didn't work anymore and my page was live and looked horrible, without any warning or notice.

To top it off, you can not cancel your subscription yourself online. You have to email them and they refuse to cancel it until the end of the payment period and won't confirm your cancelation.

I went with them because it was the cheapest option, but alas, you do get what you pay for.

UPDATE: After a while we were able to get things sorted out. Never knew why it wouldnt work in the first place, but they always responded my emails and offered exceptional support.
