Don't use this service.

We have had nothing but problems with this app/company for the past month. Orders frequently take 4-5 weeks (or more!) to be shipped, which has caused us massive customer support issues.

On top of the issues with orders, customer support is non-existent. They won't get back to you on chat, there is no phone number to call, and when you email them they give you very vague answers that don't address your issue at all.

Had high hopes for this one with the great product selection, but the poor interface and ridiculous shipping & handling times make it unusable. 100% of orders were printed late and with longer shipping times than the estimated window. Combine that with packages not arriving or being returned to sender with zero assistance from viralstyle to figure out why or hold the printers accountable, and you get a load of pissed off customers and headaches for days.

I choose Viralstyle for their Face Masks and received more customer complaints on that one product then I've ever received on all of my other products combined! Emailed the owner Thomas Bell on one particular issue but he never bothered his arse to even acknowledge my email! Have since switched to Printify and no customer complaints! Steer clear of Viralstyle!!

So I did just start using this service but already off the bat customer service is unmatched going above and beyond and their selection of products is by far the best I have seen! Looking forward to working with this team! Will write another review down the line!

I've been a pretty difficult customer admittedly. Christopher and the team have all been great when dealing with my boorish behavior. The app works great, and the one issue I've had with a product not matching was handled promptly and with grace. Highly recommend over others if not just for this. Pricing is great too

Our very first order of 20 koozies had 17 of them unusable.. absolute garbage. Disconnecting this from our store and we won't use them again.

I'm having problems with every single order. There's an order from March 22. It's April 7 and is still being printed. It's unacceptable! What kind of online store can survive this? Every order is taking weeks to be printed.
