Never wrote a bad review before.. but this app is just helpless.. very very buggy, support is not helpful at all, that if they even reply your message.. sometimes they dont even answer.. shipping is three weeks!!! worst app ive ever use..

I have used this app for a Year and have never had the issues the 1-star reviews are speaking of. The one issue I had wit ha shirt was a tech issue with my Design Specs and they went above my expectations to revolve it.

Guys worth using this App. Simple and user-friendly design area.
Chris from Viral Style replies within 1 hour for any queries. Wonderful support.
I have printed my first tee and they price it reasonably.

Tip: Just add the shipping cost to your product or use the shipping price recommendation by them.

Processing time is verry good. Great communication with their support team.

Worst. App. EVER!!!!! Orders take 4-5 weeks for delivery. Literally ALL customers (I'm fairly new) are mad, upset and asking for refunds. DO NOT use this app for POD. They charge your credit card immediately after your customer places and order, and nothing happens. Orders are ALWAYS pending.... Shame on you VS. BEWARE!!!!!!

poor user experience, app does not work inside Shopify, no onion to order samples, they just want you to start selling and trust that their product are worthy of our customers. thumbs down
