Worst. App. EVER!!!!! Orders take 4-5 weeks for delivery. Literally ALL customers (I'm fairly new) are mad, upset and asking for refunds. DO NOT use this app for POD. They charge your credit card immediately after your customer places and order, and nothing happens. Orders are ALWAYS pending.... Shame on you VS. BEWARE!!!!!!
DON'T USE THEM!! You can't trust what your customers are receiving. They have messed up orders for me multiple times and I've had to send multiple messages for them to fix THEIR mess up! I've at times have had to pay someone to print the order for my customer! This company has negatively impacted my business! The last time is the icing on the cake! My customer ordered a hoodie they printed it wrong and never contacted me back to fix this. I sent the first email on July 1, 2023. It is now August 4, 2023! I still have no resolution. It's also obvious that that don't QC the print jobs before they ship. If they did, my customers product would have never left the warehouse!! I wish I could attach a picture for you all to see! You would be aggravated!! I also had to contact Shopify to get them involved and to create a ticket for this issue. I was told to post my complaint right here in their reviews, because supposedly they read their reviews!
I've used this app for 2 years and at first it was fine. Since January of 2021 I have had to refund over $1k in orders due to their system not syncing with my store and then canceling entire orders for 1 items no longer being made. They offer zero support and blame others. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere for POD or just hire a local shop.
Terrible support. Bad company policies. If your item gets lost in transit it's your responsibility to replace it. Only POD company that does this.
Great print quality! POOR Customer Service! Shipping times are too long and shipping costs are too expensive. Tu suggested I contact the legal department after inquiring on the following two questions:
1) why it cost $25 USD to ship 12 can coolers. 2) Printing location not being in the continental United States. Any individual can ship 12 can coolers for under $13. Why the extra cost? No explanation was given. However the price increases when the item is printed and shipped overseas. I'm removing their can cooler products from my store as they're not forthright and honest about their business. Do not use ViralStyle.
I rarely leave a bad reviews but I think is necessarily. Using Viralstyle can bring only late orders and angry customers. When you ask what is going on they tell you that production time is 10 business days that is unacceptable for POD in 2018, however they don't even fulfill the items even in this time frame.
Forget this app, they don't deliver the product right now but they take the money. This company is causing problems, and they don't give a solution. they say no date when they can ship. The phone number they provide is fake, they don't help at all.
Nothing good to say here. Just as written below. Very buggy app, poor quality apparel and who would buy a shirt with a 10 day wait? Not me and I would not expect my customers to either. Horrible turnaround time. With the rise of fulfillment manufacturers these guys are not a go-to source.
Terrible! I ordered a pair of flip flops on July 29. 10 days later I messaged them asking why it said my order was still printing. They said it would take 12-15 business days before it shipped, sometimes sooner. I waited. August 20th I followed up asking why it still says printing. They said they would get with the production team and find out. 3 days later still no answer. Poor customer service. Poor communication. Awful timing. I've had sublimated products before and they NEVER took this long. Don't waste your time

We have had nothing but problems with this app/company for the past month. Orders frequently take 4-5 weeks (or more!) to be shipped, which has caused us massive customer support issues.
On top of the issues with orders, customer support is non-existent. They won't get back to you on chat, there is no phone number to call, and when you email them they give you very vague answers that don't address your issue at all.
