ViralSweep is hands-down the most effective app we’ve used for running sweepstakes and giveaways. The platform is intuitive, powerful, and incredibly well-designed. But what truly sets it apart is the customer support. They're responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to helping you succeed.
One of the biggest advantages for us has been their ability to block and remove bot entries. It gave us peace of mind knowing that the results of our campaign were clean and credible. If you're serious about running a successful contest, this is the app to use.

I have given too much. Guys don't fall for this app. Neither their customer support have any idea about the product and nor the app. Sometimes it works, and next time it stops working. And every time you reach to customer support they send you screenshot of their manuals as if we entrepreneurs are illiterate. I have taken Business plan and my god, last 1 week has been a hell for me. I have to explain customer support team like babies holding their hands and every time you reach out, they come with excuse of "We will get back to you tomorrow" and I have to follow up with them to know the update. Simple words "Disgusting." Reach out to me at support@tiaztrove.com if any one needs proof of the chats how beautiful the support team is.

We use Viral Sweep for all of our giveaways. We stack it with Shopify, Shogun, and Klaviyo. Their customer service is the best I've seen out there and ever experienced. They always resolve issues and help make your campaigns run seamless!

Our experience with Viralsweep has been great! We’ve got more than what we needed. We had a big giveaway and it got more than 10K entries. All process was on our side and on customer side were great. Our communication with the customer support team was also excellent!
