ViralSweep has been great to work with for our first ever sweepstakes! Their customer service is very quick and helpful. We have been very happy with all of the capabilities this app has to offer and are excited to run more in the future!

I have not yet made my first raffle live, but I had a large number of questions and needed help installing the widget to my website. Aldin kindly helped me. Great communication and overall customer service.

Stay away from this app. You can't even export the contacts one by one unless you want to upgrade to a 300+ a month plan. Plenty of other options out there that works best for small companies.

We designed this tier to support businesses with more advanced needs, while offering a range of other features at different price points.
If you're on a lower plan, we'd be happy to assist with importing contacts for you once or twice as a courtesy. We’re always looking for ways to improve and value your input. We hope to have you try us out again in the future and offer live chat and email support for any questions you may have.
We use Viral Sweep for all of our giveaways. We stack it with Shopify, Shogun, and Klaviyo. Their customer service is the best I've seen out there and ever experienced. They always resolve issues and help make your campaigns run seamless!

ALDIN WAS VERY PROFFESINAL WITH MY QUESTIONS. I KNOW VERY LITTLE ABOUT COMPUTERS LET ALONE WEBSITE CONTROL. HE GUIDED ME STEP BY STEP ON HOW TO GET IT UP AND RUNNING. I ASKED ABOUT A MILLION QUESTIONS AND HE WAS EASY TO WORK WITH.
