The customer support is amazing. The app works great, but the support team makes sure your questions are answered, and that is crucial when adding an app that is the first thing a customer sees when they go to your site. Big shout out to Aldin the support rep.

I am giving 2 stars not because it's a bad app, but because the price / feature structure is pretty crazy. The app really is only useful at the $399 per month level. If you don't pay that you are very limited in features... no hashtag contest, no custom editing options, no analytics, etc, etc. So if you have a huge store and $399 a month to you is nothing, then it's probably worth trying out. But if your store can only justify the $49 or $79 level then there just aren't enough features to make this app worthwhile. For less money you can get more features from other apps and services.
Our lowest plan is $49 a month, with no contracts, no restrictions on the number of campaigns you can run, or the number of entries you can have. It also includes access to every app we offer, as well as over 20+ integrations. Similar services charge for the number of pageviews you get, the number of entries you collect, or the number of campaigns you can run, while ViralSweep only charges a flat fee and with no limits. Our next tier up is $199/mo, with offers the majority of our features. We only recommend the $399/mo plan for agencies and larger brands, and you absolutely do not need to be on that plan to receive benefits from the platform. We hope to have you try us out again in the future and offer live chat and email support for any questions you may have.

I recommend this App. It offers good flexibility in terms of styling the sweepstakes entry page, and it’s a great way to drive engagement with a brand by offering (it’s an optional setting) extra points to those who engage with the brand on social media, in addition to collecting email addresses through the sweepstakes entry. The customer service is super fast and very helpful. They offer a sweepstakes guide that is a must read. My one feedback is if users could customize the color of the pop-up bar.
This app is exactly what we were looking for, and I CANNOT say enough about their customer service. Not only did they help answer the questions we had (which were many, because our IT help was out of town) but they gave us some great advice on how to use, and how to improve the app visually and functionally. I will be recommending this app to everyone I work with. Thanks guys!
The app just works! Giancarlo, was more than generous with his time and explained the setup thoroughly. The customer service was exceptional! More importantly is that within 30 minutes we initiated the app we received 72 entries into our contest after just 3 days. Many of the entries liked us and shared the contest on facebook to get more entries. As to whether more f/b likes turns into more sales is yet to be seen. This app is giving an elegant and cost effective way to find out.
In terms of development of new features Giancarlo, ensures me that they are busy adding more features to this app. I can't wait.
