We ran a small giveaway and couldn’t have asked for a better app. Setup was flawless, the support team was awesome, and everything worked exactly the way we needed it to. If you’re running any kind of giveaway, this is the app to use.

Overly complicated to setup, overpriced, the base $49 plan really doesn't get you much...so your next option is $199.

I'm sure it's a good app, but it's ridiculously complicated and for the money, their are far better options.

Incredible product support. Billie helped me with my promotion to ensure it was set up and working 100% prior to our launch date, the landing page, confirmation emails; post purchase actions she helped implement everything and when I had problems she was able to jump in and fix these promptly. We have used viralsweep for many of our giveaways and cannot recommend enough.

EDITED: Viral sweep is great. We are on our 6th sweepstakes and they get it right every time. If i have a problem they will hop on zoom with you and fix anything you need. They are great - Coming back to change my review this is not the company it once was. Customer Service is almost non existent when it comes to solving problems - there is people to talk to but they have no idea whats going on anymore like they used to. We are abandoning these guys after this month, after working together a very long time. Started in 2021

PLEASE READ!!! Do not get sucked in by all those 5 star ratings. We've spent over $20,000 with viral sweep over the last 4-5 years, they are ZERO and I MEAN ZERO HELP, when it comes to having a problem. I reached out about a single issue maybe 10 times in the last year of their post entry page not giving a count for our customers and they just sent me in circles to find out no one was doing anything. I'd reach out and its like we've never talked before and I'd have to do the same steps over and over to solve the issue. In the end, probably costing the company more than we've already paid them. If 0 stars was an option, would have selected instead. Save yourself the headake and Money.

Great Products, Great service and the support team responds quickly to help you navigate their platforms and fix any problems you may be having. Highly recommend using this app for your store if you do contests or giveaways on your website.
