I do not like the shady message before I was about to create an account with this company. Basically, it says that there is no "free trial" period. It says that if you cancel the account it will still bill you $49. Very bad business! Unfortunately, from the preview the app looked good and I probably would have been a customer at $49/month (even though that's expensive!). I would have appreciated it still because it's worth it if it is as good as the preview appeared. Guess I'll never find out!

Hi there -- can you please explain where you see that there is no free trial? We offer a 7 day free trial, which is stated on the shopify app listing page, as well as right on our website on our pricing page. You can cancel whenever you want during the trial period. We are using this app to grow our email list and social media following. The app is phenomenal. It is easy to use and customer service is excellent. Giancarlo was very quick to respond to our questions. I tried another app previously and found it difficult to navigate. Viralsweep is easy to navigate and we had our contest up and running in short order. Our contest has now gone viral, thanks to Viralsweep.

Not a fan of app indication that there is a free version only to sign up and see that there isn't one. There is a free trial, but after 7 days it will charge you a minimum of $45. Please remove the "Free Plan Available" from the app.

Hello, our records show you never signed up for an account. We are sorry you would feel the need to leave a negative review having never used our app. The "free plan available" portion is something that Shopify adds to the app listing in order for us to indicate that there is a free trial available -- if you look at the pricing on the app listing it does state the following:

"FREE 7 DAY TRIAL

Trial any paid plan for 7 days

Data access is limited

Integrations not available in trial"
