Virtue ‑ Charity Donations

The support from the Virtue team has been fantastic, with prompt responses to queries and emails. Vitrue has provided us with a solution for both customer and charity donations, not all apps do both! The app was easily installed, we were up and running within a few days - great onboarding support and no need for a developer!

The team behind Virtue have been brilliant at helping us get set up and running with the app, and we started receiving donations for our cause the very next day! Very happy with how it works and will be referring other supporters also

Pledger is a great application. The cause we wanted to donate to wasn't initially signed up, but the team bent over backwards to fix this so that we could begin making donations as soon as possible. All was resolved within less than two weeks and I'd recommend to all businesses looking to make a social impact.

This app is straight forward and a great way to donate to charity in a few easy clicks. I have only had the app on my website a short while and already I can see the donations coming. I had an onboarding call with Westen which was fabulous and made the set up process super easy. Really great app to enable you to add a donation option to your customers for a cause your store would like to support.
There are a number of options, allowing you to add donations yourselves as customers purchase products or just through donations from customers themselves. Support is great often, in our experience replying well after normal hours, and if you dont see a cause or charity you like you can ask for your own to be added.

If you're looking for app to consolidate all your donation, look no further - this app is so much more than that! The support team can even link you to the organisation you'd like to partner with + if you're thinking of certifying your organisation, you can pretty much have a centralised system of all of your donations.

Their support team is one of the best there is - fast-response, highly knowledgable, super-friendly team!

We used this app for our Green Friday campaign. The team at Virtue were super helpful. They jumped on a Zoom call to help get the app up and running. They replied quickly and thoroughly at every step along the way.
