Wow, What a great app! I can manually map my items to make sure the customers can see the exact products that match their buying habits. Its part of upselling... I recently had a problem with the app not updating the main feature called “you may also like". When I contacted Sergiu.... his team applied a fresh copy of my catalog and the issue was resolved! I will certainly look at other products Visely produces. Thanks again !

The visely team has been amazing to work with. They are very hands on and take time to actually customize everything to fit in naturally on your website. Their technical ability is very high, even helped us troubleshoot a bug caused by another app on our website. The recommendations themselves are great and have provided AOV lift.

This is a wonderful product recommendation app and the customer service is fantastic! I have recommendations through our entire site, including home page, collections, product x2, shopping cart... and they all work flawlessly with our custom theme.

Customer service always responds quickly (often within an hour). They have been able to help us with custom coding and adjustments as needed.

We have a few products that are not able to be purchased online so having an app that can recommend products based off of view this view that and product attributes, not just purchase history was really important for us. Visely is able to create customized recommendations on our site for a truly personalized customer experience.
