Keep it straight and simple

Transfer your Shopify orders to concept sales transactios, invoices or orders in Visma eAccounting. This connection is a real-time connection. You indicate when a Shopify order is transferred: When it is created, paid of partly paid.

The correct price-details and customer-details are transferred to Visma eAccounting. This a list of the most important parameter-mappings. A full detailed service description in Dutch language is available

*Order-details: The order-specifics, like order number and order date are transferred. The order lines are transferred. Per order line the line-price, tax code and ledger code are transferred. In case of orders and invoices the articles (products) are also transferred.

*Customer-details: The full customer details like email address, name, company, address, telephone number etc are transferred. It is verified whether the customer is already present. If so, the customer-details are reused.
