The overall design looks good and the price is what made me install this App. IMHO, this App is way more complicated than it seems and needs to be.
Why just 2 Stars and the uninstall:
2 Stars for the UI, -3 for the UX, the implentation difficulties (where we lost too much time on), as well as the set up and features.
I contacted their support because I was unable to properly translate the menu. Their answer was quite short and not helpful at all. According to them I had to contact the developer of the transaltion App (which I did, but even with their help, the problems persisted) I installed the App twice, but finally decided to uninstall it and stop wasting our time on something that clearly isn't meant for our shop (or multi-language shops).
I'm using another Mega Menu now that is way easier to use and has integrated translation. It is not free like this one, but it works and support is really really fast and helpful.

At first glance this looks decent. I spent several hours making menus and then my images would all vanish. I would add them back for them only to disappear again. Unusable app.

Firstly, I'm sorry for the bad experience you got while using our app.
Regarding your feedback, the images are not displaying. That's strange. All our other clients who install this app to display images on the menu perfectly

I checked all the support channels but didn't get any message or email from you. So we don't have any chance to check the problem.

Could you please send us a message? then we will check to find exactly the problem while using our app, then we will support and make sure it can help you to create a menu as you wish
