This App is so far ahead of the Game!! I dont even want to mention the amount of great Features they offer, but to express my joy with this app. Customer Service is on point, short respond time there for you to help 24/7. One thing that also really stands out is the Dialog between Developers and Users. Wow! This is an amazing app. It does so much, yet is easy to set up and use. And by switching to VITALS' multi-functional app we were able to get rid of several others, which had a positive effect on our site speed. Not only is the app great, the customer service support is first class and 24/7. Our emails have all been answered within minutes, and the responses have been clear, accurate, and effective. We tried to think of some negative things to say about VITALS, just so this review wouldn't seem so one-sided, but we couldn't. It's a great app with great customer service. Our only regret is that we didn't discover it sooner.
