Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

Excellent app! So many great features, I particularly love the upsell and replay features, allowing you to view customers behaviour on the site. This has given me great insight into areas I need to optimise. The customer service is also excellent and the chat bot has been a life saver. I have had my questions answered in seconds. Would highly recommend Vitals

Vitals has so many apps inside of it that could be game changers. To be honest, I'm new to this so I have only tried a handful of them, but so far they are fabulous!! I'm interested in using more of the products for sure! I just have to figure out how to do it! They do offer support for those though so I look forward to diving even deeper into my settings etc to make my store even more efficient and easy to manage. Thanks Vitals!

I've been using the Vitals Shopify app for my online store, and it has been a game-changer! This all-in-one app offers an impressive suite of features that have significantly boosted my store's performance and user experience.

The customer support team is outstanding, always quick to respond and super helpful.

Customer support quickly resolved a very sensitive problem with the app. They handled the situation professionally and correctly. The app works very well, but should there be any problems you can always count on customer support.

App wont work if you want say Buy 2 get 1 free, you cant list variants such as flavours, you'd have to have all the same! Support comes back to you if your desperate for answers about every 1-2 hours. For £30 look about before getting this!

We have been very pleased with the diversity of offerings through Vitals. If we had one recommendation for enhancement, it would be to the bundling features. We ran into placement issues that made one of our bundle offerings difficult for customers to locate and take advantage of during Black Friday/ Cyber Monday. We continue to experiment with offerings and are pleased with the app as a whole.

Love this app - so many ways it helps our site and one app instead of ton to manage. Support is top, friendly, fast!! Highly recommended!

Honestly, I don't leave reviews! but this did help my business exactly the way I wanted! in my first week we sold an extra $1500 worth of product by offering bundling / discounts!
