J'ai eu un problème avec mes avis car j'ai effacé tous les avis que j'avais sur un produit et ne ne pouvais plus les récupérer, j'ai chatté avec un de leur agent, on a dû passer 1h00 a chercher une solution et malgré toute sa bonne volonté et sa disponibilité, nous n'avons pas pu régler le problème, il est bien indiqué que si nous effaçons les avis c'est irrémédiable et effectivement c'est le cas mais j'ai eu toute l'aide possible de Vital, un soir tard et j'ai eu un excellent service. This is my favourite app by far. So much diversity and they have continued to add new features too. It has genuinely helped to generate more revenue for my store. The support team is great too. I've used chat twice to ask a question and got an instant response. Costin answered both times and I felt like he went above and beyond to help me with my questions and solve my issues for me. I'm a new user and am amazed by the many features of the Vitals app. In fact, I regretted not trying it out earlier. I have encountered some issues with installing the different apps but were solved fast and efficiently by the Support Team. Whether it's via email or chat, their response is almost immediate. It is important to get such support and I am grateful for all the help rendered to get the apps working perfectly on my store. I highly recommend this app!
