I'm a Shopify developer and I use this app on all of my stores that I develop using Shopify. Makes thing easier for me. Instead of using different apps for different functionalities, use this single app to have all of them on your store.
The support is super responsive and helpful. I hope they will add more functionalities in the future.

Vitals is a must-have application to have on your shop, it allows you to have several excellent applications, like for example the bundles which allows you to explode your turnover! For the customer service, I think it is one of the best with a 24 hours assistance and a remarkable speed to execute the requests. Nothing is impossible for them!
