Vitals: Reviews, Bundles & 40+

Such an amazing app. It is indeed with 40 apps in one and more. I am no programmer and dont write code.
Whatever the time, my questions at vitals support are answered fast and to the point. A support desk makes or breaks a product. These people are the ones you need! What a great app!!!

Easy to setup. The support is very great, friendly, and very responsive. That is one very important factor when choosing an app. Definitely recommend.

Been using Vitals for a while now. It’s always been great! Until I spoke to Filip in customer support. Now it’s totally awesome and easily the best app and customer service I have on any of the stores. Awesome, thanks

I thank all those in charge of this application and how they helped me and gave me 30 days free for the third time because of the error that occurred and we are the reason for it when one of the employees deleted the application twice in a row from the store, and when I spoke to a service, a quick response came within hours and that they renewed the free service for the third time. I did not see a department or customer service doing this work. I have several applications, but Vitals is different from everyone with the service it provides to its customers. The first time is free when downloading the application for the first time, the second was by the administration itself, and the third when I explained to them the story of the employee who was scanning the application by mistake without referring to Imagine 3 free months without asking for anything, but I am sure that all of this is for them to be different from others in their service for everyone and they are ready for your success in the field of e-commerce, of course, this application is without definition and does not require a certificate from me or anyone else, but thanks to them I considered it a duty for what they presented to me, and at the end of I thank all those in charge of this application and I hope everyone will do the same in customer service. Thank you.

Love the facts that it integrates lots of features into one compact app instead of having too many apps. Thank you so much and also looking forward to more valuable and useful integrations!!! We have used pop up s to collect emails to currency converters to product bundles to name a few. Some integrations recommended are options to add a note with the giftwrap ( with a few options) xx

We use this app for multiple purposes, and it runs fantastic. The UX is great, it's easy to use, doesn't interfere with anything else and best of all the support is first class. The team have helped us with bits and pieces and are so helpful and responsive. Must have!

I just wanted to congratulate the Vitals team for producing such an excellent and feature-rich app-endium of tremendous tools to make your site rock. Due to the tightly integrated single-code base, all apps are modular, so no wasted or repetative code. Vitals new "Replay" feature allows you to look over the shoulder of a previous session and view their exact activity... very handy if you're getting alot of abandoned carts and it's caused by a 404 or worse. I would urge every Shopify merchant to take a look and swap out your inneffective random apps and invest in Vitals. One other huge benefit is the amazing support, and I mean that seriously, as not only are they 24/7, but the only times I've had cause to contact them, was due to issues not related to Vitals... they managed to identify what the issue was and point me in the right direction.
