Great support, available 24/7. They solved my problem in less than 10 minutes, which I was trying to solve for nearly an hour.

It is the most comprehensive app, almost everything I need, I found in this app.

The support is really reachable, they also help you customize your snippet if needed.

Only drawback is that we cannot customize easily the snippets by ourselves yet.

Customer support is really good, kind, friendly and extremely helpful! Apart from that, the value the app adds is INSANE! Afaik, you'd need to pay for so many other different apps to get everything you get in one pack with vitals, which makes it all easier to edit since it's all in one place. Definitely recommend it!
