Hi there,
I would like to share my experience with the Shopify app "Vitals". The app provides a variety of features that can improve the shopping experience for customers and optimize the business of merchants, including upselling and cross-selling options, countdown timers, social proof features, and email marketing integrations.
I find the app very versatile and effective. It is also very easy to set up and use the various features, as the interface is user-friendly. Additionally, the customer service is very good and helpful.
Overall, I think that Vitals is an excellent choice for Shopify merchants who want to improve their shopping experience and optimize their business.

I was asking for a complex setup of a feature. The app does not have it at the moment, but Michael J was super understanding of the proposed feature and even went out of his way to have the feature be listed as a feature request. Nice job, Michael J! I'm still on the free trial period, but I've already seen some of the features really working for the store, and even the current Upsell Builder does what it's intended to do. Giving the app 5 stars, and giving CS (Michael J.) 7 stars for the support!
apps are ok, support is for me unhelpful & they brush you off

This is clearly a misunderstanding. Our support team is always available to assist as we handle all requests with great priority. Additional time may be needed for unique and specific requests to ensure continuous optimal performance.
Everything so far has been awesome! Just waiting for support to help with my volume discounts not working. Other than that, kudos to the VITALS Team!
