this app truly holds up to its name it has all u need to better your store,
plus the support is excellent and fast.

So far so good. Great experience and customer support! I had issue with my theme and the product tabs feature, but they were quick to help solve the issue. 5 out of 5.

Very good app, great to have so many apps from one provider as there will be no inter-app issues. I had a bulk app and deleted it when I got Vitals. It did not delete all the coding in the app which caused me issues with Vitals Bulk app. However, Vitals solved it very quickly, and now all working great
This app has fallen right out of heaven. Mihai and Costin actually helped me out a lot and I really appreciate it, give the fact that it was Easter weekend. This says a lot about the service they provide and points to the fact that it actually cares a lot for their customers. My website load time dropped by 50%, so thank you!
The app and its features are worth 101 out of 100. I really appreciate the fact that it doesn't weigh down the site. In addition, the helpful and professional staff make this app essential for any store.

This is probably one of the best apps i've come across! They have this visitor replay app and I LOVE THIS FEATURE!! You can see what each visitors is looks at, what they seem to be interested in and where some of them drop off at. This is definitely a game changer.
I've never found customer service online lately.
Given the many reviews, however, I thought it better still has many limits as an app.
