The truth is that I really liked the app in many ways, but I had to uninstall it because of the most important issues.

The customization sections fall short and have errors. Very simple functions, like adding a product at the end in an upsell, aren’t available; you can only do it by forcing discounts or free products.

I think they offer many features, but a lot of them are unnecessary and not really useful for generating sales and making money.

This app has many great features. Here are two areas that could be improved for the future which the developers have assured me they are working on for the next version.

1. The code looks strange on checkout page. It divides the value of the giveaway product across all the items in the cart. Instead of just subtracting the one item.

2. If we want to give away just the smallest size variant, we have to create a dedicated page for that variant. The vitals app wants to give away any sized variant on that product page. It is a pain to set up a dedicated variant page to giveaway just one variant size. 

Vital has helped me scale and reach out to wider audience with handy tools aiding in cost cutting as well.

Great all-in-one app for Shopify! It saves me from installing multiple apps, runs smoothly, and the support team is very responsive. Definitely worth it for boosting sales and improving customer experience.
