First time using this app which has really blown me away with its functionality. It is a very user-friendly app. Will recommend anyone who has an online store to use it.
Sooooo Great! I asked them to check the function of the sticky add to cart for the variants of products yesterday. They told me they have to ask IT for help. And I found they updated today! Problems solved so quickly!
Good app, lots of useful features, had a few issue but the Team have been quick to help and fix, thanks to Kliphord D. for help this morning!
Support is always 1 click away and they even offer to help even its not related to their field.

So far, as of installing this app today, I am impressed with the CS. Almost EVERY other app CS has huge delays (like they are helping five others at the same time), and it feels robotic - not good. Here they seem attentive and effective, and offer good suggestions. So far great.

Zeus went over and above to help me with not just one query but several queries. Zeus was very prompt at responding and helped me resolved all my issues effectively. Although I am still evaluating Vitals, based on the initial customer service experience, I will most likely go with this App. It is so easy to use compared to a lot of other apps that I have tried so far.
