The app is incredible. I had a few small issues, and John, one of the technicians, solved them in record time. I highly recommend Vitals!!!

As a new member, I can say with no shame that I have had difficulties with the app. But fortunately, there are some amazing fast people I was able to ask for help. It took 30 minutes; I got an answer, and my problem was solved all while staying polite and professional. So if you need help, make sure to help them understand your issue, and they will help you solve it

Vitals is a great app. They have so many conversion rate and AOV boosters. Plus their support is very responsive even on weekends!

I added this app and needed. customer service they stayed on with me guiding me to adding and correcting the features I needed. Super easy for a novice. I also love they have a PreOrder feature to release my coming soon products! :) recommend
