I just installed this app as recommended by my friend for applying Tier Discount. The Help Desk is very helpful and efficient to provide me with all the possible solutions and proactive suggestions. I feel at ease with all the assistance and will be using it more often in future. Trust the app will be enhanced from time to time to ensure customers could work at ease by themselves too. 24 hrs services will be appreciated

I recently made the decision to make some changes to my website to help convert more sales. I found myself downloading tons of apps, many of which that did not work well together. I then came across Vitals, and holy smokes... it had EVERYTHING I needed. I was able to delete all those apps, and implement the same features from this single app. Everything works so seamless as well. When I did run into some hiccups, the customer care team hopped on a chat with me, and made all the fixes I needed immediately. Highly recommend this app!

The app works great you can only the ones that you want too so there's not a bunch of apps running all at the same time slowing down your site. I can't wait to get and use all the other apps that are coming.

This is probably the best app that is on Shopify's app store. You NEED this app. If you were to buy all of the apps that are inside of Vitals individually, it would cost you WELL over $200 per month, and that's just for the basic plan! Also, every app in here is top-notch and looks very well on every theme! John Paul B has helped me pretty much every time as well and has provided some of the best customer support I have ever received.

The app works very well and all the sections are very useful for my shops. I really appreciate the good customer support they have, they are always there to help you with whatever you need. I recommend it 100%.
