Truly lives up to the name. There are so many features in the app that we love, like the Back in Stock and Bundle features. I like that you can customize where you see alerts so you choose where messages pop up.

I do wish you could customize the widgets themselves a bit more, but most work just fine.

Customer service is also great!

We’ve been using Vitals on our Shopify store IKONIAN and it’s easily one of the most useful all in one apps out there.

The app itself is packed with features and saves us from installing a bunch of separate apps, but what really stood out was the support. We ran into a small issue with the announcement bar overlapping our header during a live promotion, and the Vitals team jumped on it straight away and fixed it quickly.

Support was friendly, patient, and actually took the time to make sure everything was working properly on our store before closing it off.

Highly recommend Vitals if you want powerful features and a support team that genuinely helps when you need it.

Great apps, could have more visual/aesthetic customisation options, and they used to always have a live chat feature which is now mostly disabled.

The customer support is amazing. The app variants are amazing. Top of all. All in one. They helped me to resolve curency converter HTML text problem in minutes. They checked themselves if it works. Sent photos, helped with integrations of their app. If you have a problem they will try to solve it ASAP. Such a team is very important and 24/7 support because shoppers dont wait they want support.
