only just installed it, however the live service chat is 5/5 .. also its allowed me to remove a bunch of apps such as trackify pixel perfect - wheelio etc etc... see how it goes

update: vitals is amazing, the live chat and instant support is just we all need, esp when something goes wrong vs waiting days for a solution.

I wish i just installed vitals from day 1... my website speed is now incredible.

Vitals allowed us to add multiple features to our store, while paying for one subscription. Because they offer all of these tools in one app, we didn't have to worry about the malfunction that comes from installing multiple separate apps.

Their customer service is exceptional. They are quick to respond and go the extra mile to ensure that our matters are resolved. The team helped talk me through how certain features worked, provided styling and repositioning coding assistance, they even custom fixed a multilingual display issue for my store in Arabic.

To name a few of the tools that we're currently using: product reviews, recently viewed, related products, product bundles, wishlist, currency converter, and a few more.

Awesome. A lot of features for a good price. The support has been superb and friendly as well, so I didn't have any problem solving any issues I ran into.
I just wish there was more customisation options available - but I don't think this downside is enough to warrant anything less than 5 stars still.
