I have been using Vitals for a Shopify store I use at work. Now I just added it to my own store I am building. Had an issue with the sticky add to cart bar not displaying the full product type + size + colour on desk top version correctly. Opened a chat, they responded straight away and Costin got to work on resolving the issue. All sorted now and very happy with their great service.
Will try a few more of the apps/functions now.

I use the Vitals app in place of many apps. It is fairly easy to use and install and reasonably priced. I think the layout of the website could be better. Everything seems cluttered. Also, they need visuals such as videos, guides or simulation of each app. I don't like the fact that when I add text it does not match my website's text. The team is receptive to customer feedback and customer service is amazing and quick.

I am greatly satisfied with Vitals App. The App solves so many areas of one's store as it has most of the functionalities in one place. I needed this type of App for my business. Great customer service from its staff! keep it up guys with the good work!
