Vitals app is a very functional Shopify app. With one app you get so many features and that is really amazing. I recently added this app and already using a few of their functions and it works just perfect. Customer service is also phenomenal, there was a guy named Costin, he helped to solve some problems real quick and even helped me with a problem not related to their app. This is a great app that you can trust!

Vitals offers everything you could possibly need to help you business grow and thrive. It has so many essential tools for improving conversion, building trust, increasing sales, etc. Everything that I may need is available which makes it super easy to try new things with the greatest of ease. The best part, for me, is the support. The support teams is absolutely phenomenal! They are available 24/7 which is golden to a entrepreneur and business owner. I was very pleasantly surprised at how available, kind, knowledgeable and helpful their support team is. All in all, I find Vitals to be Perfectly Splendid!

THIS APP IS BADASS! First, let me tell you that I am not one to install an app into my website unless I do heavy research first. Currently, our website sits around the top 25,000 websites for traffic in the United States.

Okay, I emailed these guys for support just to see how quick they might be and BAM 20 minutes later a response. Holy cow! What! 20 minutes. Okay, time to install, boom, I'm in playing with this app and trying out new features for the next 10 hours. There are virtually no flaws in anything I tried although I did decide to do a cart page after the install which for mobile works much better even with the sticky add to cart.

I digress, this app is the bomb, I emailed and bugged support with questions and best roll out options for certain features at least 5 times! These guys are the real deal, responses so good that it almost makes you cry how good their service is. In the end I'm using almost 50% of the apps available. ROCK SOLID! If you have a shopify website and don't get this app well then you missed out on the best app on the Shopify app store, there's no contest! Thanks guys for making my website even more Badass!
