I needed to update my theme and took the opportunity to install Vitals, replacing four other apps that I no longer need. The pricing is the same once those four apps are added up, and Vitals has a lot more functionality that I am looking forward to utilizing. But the main reason I am reviewing them right now is because their customer service absolutely ROCKS. I've been texting their tech reps several times an hour this entire evening, and every time I ask a question or have a problem, they are able to immediately answer or fix it for me. Literally as I type this, a tech rep is helping me fix a formatting issue with the review stars. Seriously, I am so impressed with this app!

The vitals team were very helpful and quick to respond. I needed help changing an app to match my stores theme and they helped me within minutes.

Feels like they havent figure it out 100%. This app has alot of features, but not all features are customizable, you will need to contact support to do many things for you. I uninstalled it due to reliability issue. I feel like the team need to focus on improving their products that constantly building new products

So far so good. Great experience and customer support! I had issue with my theme and the product tabs feature, but they were quick to help solve the issue. 5 out of 5.

I've never found customer service online lately.
Given the many reviews, however, I thought it better still has many limits as an app.
