The Vitals App has fast response to questions with very good customer service with anything you need help with.

Excellent app, it will save you a lot on the monthly fees. Everything is well implemented, from product reviews to upsells. The support is excellent, they answer quickly and are very knowledgeable ! They also keep adding features. I really recommend this app!

This App is simply incredible. I was looking around for various features like free shipping bar & product reviews and initially thought I needed to buy them individually. To get all those features (and so many more!) in one App makes the set up of these add-ons so efficient and cost effective. To top if off, the 24x7 customer support team really sets this App apart from any other. They are on hand to help with customisations and fine tuning. They really know their stuff! Their responsiveness and level of expertise goes above and beyond. Thanks guys!

Outstanding app. So many fab features for a good price. Very easy to use. Only used for a couple of hours and already seeing lots of benefits.

It worked well for when we needed it. No complaints. We liked and used the majority of the features. Would recommend it!

Vitals has helped replace a number of different apps which has been tremendous and John has been excellent at technical service and customizing some things for us.

I literally just installed VITALS. I started trying to setup the Reviews app and immediately had a question about a logo (I'm SO new at this) and emailed support. I got an answer within MINUTES! If this is how their customer service is going to be...I'm ALL IN from now on!! Awesome response time and very simple explanations...even for dumb questions. Keep it up VITALS! UPDATE: Costin just helped me with another question and STILL AWESOME SERVICE! Haven't let me down yet!

Very useful app and great support team. Affordable considering the features you get. Highly recommend.
