Vitals: Reviews, Upsells & 40+

I am very pleased with the Vitals app so far and the Vitals Support Team. The support team responds very quickly to my inquiries and are very professional and diligent in making sure that all my questions are answered and that any problems I have are corrected. I love that they have so many different apps to improve my store and help boost sales and that I don't have to download additional apps from other creators that would slow down my store. Needless to say, I am pleased with the Vitals App. Thanks Vitals! You are a godsend.

Absolutely love this app. I love the video tutorials which are so helpful with step-by-step detailed instructions. It has made my store look so professional and have the feel I want. It works seamlessly with my theme. Customer support is exceptional. They took the initiative to contact me about a re-adjustment to the cart page on my store and fixed it for me without me asking. I feel like they read my mind because that was on my list of items to fix, and they just saw the need and did something about it. Very much appreciate the help. They also respond very very quickly. They have so many nice features that give me a leg up on the competition and it will help to further grow my business. You will be very happy you added Vitals to your store. Way to go Vitals and Thanks so much.

Is doing everything I'd hoped and more. The product bundling is very slick and it has replaced about 4 other apps, two of them paid ones.

What is even better is the support team have been amazing when I've been unsure of things or run into a difficulty with how it's integrated with my theme. Even just to ask when I was unsure how their app would integrate with other things. They are also super open to suggestions of improvements and have already added some awesome new features since I started using it only a month ago. Would totally recommend to anybody.

Vitals is a MUST-HAVE APP for your Shopify store. It has every single tool you need. I was able to do a lot of what Vitals offers using many other plugins that ended up costing much more and not as good. On top of the great tool, I had a customer service question, and not only did they get back to me lightning fast Magaly fixed my problem right away. Great product with Great customer service equals success.

It's very helpful with the upsell builder function and announcement bar, also many other marketing functions to try in the near future, prompt online support is 100% perfect!

I have recently downloaded the app and I am setting up my store starting with the Product Review app, and it adds great value to the store I will never stop using it! I had trouble importing the reviews, but the help desk chatbox answered instantly and the team was extremely helpful and super pleasant with solving my problem... in just a few minutes!
