Like 50 apps in one.. well worth the money and I dont know what i would do without it! The best part is the super responsive, quick and helpful customer service. I had a couple of issues where I couldn’t figure out why some things weren’t showing up and they sorted it out within minutes. Highly recommend!
Excellent app overall. Words can not begin to describe the usefulness. IF you want to see your store succeed I recommend this app immediately! Also it is worth noting they have extremely efficient and kind customer support. Shoutout to John Paul B.
Amazing app and the best customer service as always! I also recently needed help with some customisation on the quantity discounts. Miriam G was amazing and solved my issues quickly and professionally.
As a business owner, I rely on tools like Vitals to run my promotions smoothly, especially during peak sales events like Black Friday and Christmas. Unfortunately, this app works like the flip of a coin—it’s completely unreliable.
During the biggest marketing event of the year, our Buy X, Get Y and bundle promotions failed miserably. Discounts were inconsistently applied, leaving us to manually adjust orders, which cost us over AT LEAST $15,000 in lost sales and additional staffing costs to fix the mess. Worse, their "support" was nonexistent when we needed it most.
If you’re looking for an app to automate your promotions, don’t trust Vitals. You’ll lose money and spend more time fixing their errors than actually running your business. For entrepreneurs who can’t afford downtime or lost revenue, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Honestly, I don't leave reviews! but this did help my business exactly the way I wanted! in my first week we sold an extra $1500 worth of product by offering bundling / discounts!
Its very easy to write reviews and with and watch what your customers are doing on your website. The Support answers very fast and is very helpful.
