Customer support is 10/10. Not only is it truly a great app but their customer support helped me with any customisation that I needed to truly make the app fit our store within minutes. They really do go above and beyond and even suggested some style implementations that I didn't think of yet! Really one or if not the best marketing app for Shopify and their customer support really is the icing on the cake! :)

This app is almost a necessity, it has everything you need. Customer support is fantastic too and generally really helpful.

The app is great. I got a small issue with some things I couldn't figure it out so I went on the chat and boom. John Seth S. right away fixed my problem. Fast professional and friendly. Highly recommending this is dynamite.

I'm using the app mainly for the reviews, bundles and the store protection's functions, it works really good, the assistence is very efficient and having all these functions in one app is making me save money. I truly recomand it.
The only advice, about the reviews, it would be nice to have a function to show the reviews little by little, for example five by five, instead of the button "show all".

I had to change places on the product page of one of the applications and in configuration it was not possible, when writing an email they quickly changed it for me.

For a startup like me, it was a tremendous time saver! I have installed several apps before and now I removed those and just use VITALS. Surprisingly, my site is still very fast!
I also appreciate those short video tutorials as to why should I use a particular feature/app. I'm surely continuing to subscribe even after free trial! Another thing that's fast is chat support! Thank you!

these guys are just awesome, always available to tweak a little here and there. Customer support is great!

My problem was confusion on what apps do i need and the expense i am happy to find vitals to integrate it with shopify. Very helpful assistants. Before thinking of looking for another app i look into my vitals first or speak with one of their assistant. My stress has been relieved. I hope they continue with this service and do not become like others when they get good reviews they give inferior service because of greed.
