I had to change places on the product page of one of the applications and in configuration it was not possible, when writing an email they quickly changed it for me.

The app is great because its cheap compared to the other apps that you need to buy individually. Also thanks to John Paul B and Magaly A. they helped me resolve an issue almost immediately.

Customer support is 10/10. Not only is it truly a great app but their customer support helped me with any customisation that I needed to truly make the app fit our store within minutes. They really do go above and beyond and even suggested some style implementations that I didn't think of yet! Really one or if not the best marketing app for Shopify and their customer support really is the icing on the cake! :)

This app is a must for every Shopify user out there. Best pricing, very affordable. I just hope they don't limit facilities or raise pricing because of how well this app is performing.

For a startup like me, it was a tremendous time saver! I have installed several apps before and now I removed those and just use VITALS. Surprisingly, my site is still very fast!
I also appreciate those short video tutorials as to why should I use a particular feature/app. I'm surely continuing to subscribe even after free trial! Another thing that's fast is chat support! Thank you!

This app is almost a necessity, it has everything you need. Customer support is fantastic too and generally really helpful.
