Wow just Wow. Features galore from this powerful multipurpose app. You'll defiantly appreciate connecting it to your shopify store. Also the customer service, out this world! Super friendly and helpful. An easy 5 stars!

Vitals is an incredible app, combining a number of website features that would otherwise require us to use 5+ apps. Their support team is very competent and responsive as well, making it a pleasure to use the app even without deep technical knowledge.
A lot of good apps you can use, support is very friendly and helps you instantly, I think they offer support 24/7.
I installed this app after seeing a Youtuber promote it but I am very new to Shopify. I would not recommend installing this app until your store is busy if at all. The free month trial goes by fast, and you are automatically charged to your shopify account. I've been charged and I've yet to use this app at all. I'm sure it works, but its unnecessary, you can find everything for free that you need.

Please note that all Shopify subscription-based apps follow the same principle - you install the app, approve the terms to start a free trial, and are automatically charged at the end of the free trial. The billing and charging process is handled entirely automatically by Shopify.

I needed to update my theme and took the opportunity to install Vitals, replacing four other apps that I no longer need. The pricing is the same once those four apps are added up, and Vitals has a lot more functionality that I am looking forward to utilizing. But the main reason I am reviewing them right now is because their customer service absolutely ROCKS. I've been texting their tech reps several times an hour this entire evening, and every time I ask a question or have a problem, they are able to immediately answer or fix it for me. Literally as I type this, a tech rep is helping me fix a formatting issue with the review stars. Seriously, I am so impressed with this app!
