Great app, with tons of useful features for store owners. Complimenting the large feature set of the app is a great, responsive support team who helped me iron out issues and queries with my store! Highly recommend.

For a startup like me, it was a tremendous time saver! I have installed several apps before and now I removed those and just use VITALS. Surprisingly, my site is still very fast!
I also appreciate those short video tutorials as to why should I use a particular feature/app. I'm surely continuing to subscribe even after free trial! Another thing that's fast is chat support! Thank you!

My problem was confusion on what apps do i need and the expense i am happy to find vitals to integrate it with shopify. Very helpful assistants. Before thinking of looking for another app i look into my vitals first or speak with one of their assistant. My stress has been relieved. I hope they continue with this service and do not become like others when they get good reviews they give inferior service because of greed.

The support from these guys is stellar! Had an issue with the interaction of the discounting with clearpay on the cart. In a matter of hours they'd made some changes on their server side and it was working perfectly along with an update to refresh whenever qty was changed. This was a second bug that was annoying me that they solved without me even asking. Brilliant.
