We've only been using the app for a day and the support has been a revelation. We needed help with some customization and the VITALS team not only responded in less than an hour, they continued to answer my follow up emails as soon as they were sent. Great tools. Lots of features, easy to use and set. Best of all is the technical support. They help me to customize my experience and exceeded my expectations.

They REALLY do have exceptional customer service. There are a variety of bells and whistles to try out that can add urgency to your store. You DEFINITELY don't want to add them all. We are happy with it! Good value. Some of the precise details are a little dweeby or limited but its a very small consideration. THey are really helpful.
