So far so good. We use this app mainly for product reviews and bundling. There are a few features I wish it had but overall its pretty customizable and does a ton of different things. The customer service has been very helpful on helping resolve issues and answer questions.

his app is simple and easy to use with over 40 apps on it makes everything convenient. I don't have to download every app making everything confusing:( With the 24/7 support team, I can work around the clock which I love and can have my questions answered within a few seconds.

Damn this app's costumer service is incredible, they recorded me what they where doing to help me and I've never seen this. Depending on the day, they help you faster or slower but usually is fast. I would like to do it by chat but at the moment they just have email.

This app is a one stop shop especially if you are a beginner like me! There are so many different applications available for use and they are always working on more. The customer service is great. Great app but even greater their customer service and support. Vitals has the fastest support ever you get your questions answered instantly on their chat. they will even do the things that are out of their support like some code edits and stuff. If you have Vitals you pretty much don't need any other app on your store other some obvious ones. Highly recommend to get it. insane value packed app.

It is not only the best app, but also the best support. This app is wonderful and the team behind it supports it. Definitely 5 stars!
